The 2nd Workplace Innovation Forum held by Condeco was a major success, hosted at the Courthouse Hotel in Central London the Studio Audience where able to hear from a diverse industry-wide panel of speakers who will delved into the key elements that are disrupting and transforming the workplace as we know it.
My role within team was to manage and coordinate the event from end to end, ensuring the digital elements and printed material where completed, set up and management on the day. Proof reading of all email communications sent through hubspot.
Social media strategy Plan

Assisting the Social Media Manager to implement a successful Twitter strategy to grow the UK Twitter channel, through engagement, branded material, animated gifs, through content sharing, and thought leadership. This strategy raised the profile of the UK channel to become a thought leadership knowledge base on Workplace, Technology and Innovation.

Thought Leadership Programme

Working alongside the UK Communications Manager to introduce diversity and inclusion blogging programme within the UK team, creating thought leadership programme which gave a voice across the departments, from this we were able to produce a range of engaging, exciting and topical thought leadership articles.
My role included participating in interviewing employees, researching questions, and editing and proofing final articles.
Women in Technology

Assisting the Digital Communications Manager to create an evergreen landing page focusing on Women in Technology, interviews and articles from Thought Leaders globally spanning a range of talent, representing Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership, Governance, Social Media, Workplace and working in male dominated environments.
My role consisted of editing articles, managing the social media posts through hubspot, assisting with the launch plan and design concepts of the landing page.
Event Management
One of my key roles within the Marketing Team was to manage the logistics and strategy of all external events. I successfully to delivered a range of events, Smartworking Summit, Birmingham Workplace Innovation Forum, FM Inspired Conference, WiFM Annual Conference 2018, Integrated Systems Europe 2018, Vibrant Digital Future Summit, CIO Inspired Conference, Customer Product Forum and WorkTech London 2017.
